3Does the Bacchus International Competition provide specific labels for sending my samples?
We do not provide specific labels. We simply ask that you ensure each sample is easily identifiable.
4Where do I have to send my registered wines?

5I have missed the deadline to send my wines. Can I participate or send my samples?
Contact info@uec.es directly, and our team will study if it is still possible to find a solution.
6Can I submit one or more wines that have participated in previous editions?
Yes.
7Should I attach any specific documents when sending samples from outside Spain?
Yes, for international samples it is necessary to present a proforma invoice to prevent packages from being held in customs for too long. Note the following information: number of bottles, % alcohol, quantity per bottle, price per bottle (between 1.5 and 2 euros) and the mention: "Sample with no commercial value - not intended for sale". Please, clearly attach it to the package.
8Can I submit samples that are still in deposit or barrel?
Yes, samples that are still in deposit or barrel are accepted. As they are not commercialized, they must be identified with a laboratory label.
9What should I do if I do not have the final design and definitive labeling when I send my samples?
You can present your samples with a provisional or laboratory label that clearly indicates the essential information (winery, brand, vintage, %, volume, etc.).
10Can I validate my registration if I do not yet have the sample analysis?
Yes, you can validate your registration. Once your registration is validated, you can always return to your account and add the analysis, proof of payment in case of bank transfer or any other information. If you do not have the analysis at the time of registration, you must send it no later than 2 weeks after the tasting sessions have taken place.
11If the production of the wine I want to present is less than 100 hectoliters, can I participate?

12How can I receive the invoice for my participation fees?
The invoice will be automatically sent to the email address included in your registration form, in the days following the development of the tasting sessions of the contest. If you need an advance invoice to pay for your participation (proforma), request it from our team at info@uec.es
13When and how will I receive my results?
The results will be announced a few days after the closing of the contest. The date of announcement of the results is available here. As soon as the results are officially announced, you will automatically receive an email, to the address of your account, with your results. Only wines winning medals will be visible on the Results page of our website.
14How can I order adhesive medals?
The stickers to place on your bottles in representation of the medal obtained in the Bacchus International Competition can be requested here.
