The International Bacchus Wine Competition (hereinafter, “Bacchus”), managed by the Spanish Union of Tasters (UEC), informs users of this website about the processing of personal data collected through registration forms and the private area.
1. Data controller
UNIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE CATADORES owns the domain names and internet pages accessed from the domain www.concursobacchus.es, as well as others registered in its name.
In compliance with the provisions of article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that UNIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE CATADORES is a commercial entity located in Madrid, calle Lope de Vega nº 27 bajo; registered in the National Register of Associations of the Ministry of the Interior with number 164398 and with CIF number G-78.176.211.

The data is processed for these purposes:
- Manage the registration of samples (wines, vermouths, and spirits).
- Process payments and invoicing.
- Manage access to the private area for wineries and participants.
- Send communications related to the competition (confirmations, incidents, results, logistics).
- Develop internal statistics.
- Comply with legal obligations arising from the organization of the competition.
3. Legitimation
The legal bases for the processing are:
- Execution of the contract: registration of samples and management of the competition.
- Consent: acceptance of the privacy policy and communications.
- Legitimate interest: site security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
- Legal obligation: invoicing and tax obligations.
4. Recipients

- Authorized personnel of Bacchus and UEC.
