Registration
Registering online is the simplest way to participate. Registration will be considered and samples tasted once completed correctly and the participation fees have been paid. If you are registering your samples online for the first time, when you register on the platform, we will provide you with a username and password to access your account, register samples, and a panel with all your relevant information.
If you are unable to register online, you can exceptionally register your products by downloading the registration dossier and forwarding it by email to info@uec.es
Registration confirmation
Your registration will be formalized when we receive:
- Completed registration form for each wine submitted.
- Certificate of analysis signed by a oenologist/technical director provided by an in-house or external laboratory.
- Proof of payment of your participation in the competition (by credit card or bank transfer).
The samples must be accompanied by an official analysis bulletin with the following information:
- Alcohol Content (Vol.%)
- Reducing sugars (g/l)
- Total acidity (mg/l)
- Sulphites (SO2) total / free (mg/l)
The analysis must be accompanied by the signature of the technical director or oenologist of the winery (in-house laboratory) or a certified external laboratory.
