Registration and participation in the Bacchus International Wine, Vermouth and Spirits Competition implies full acceptance of these conditions.

1. Object of the competition

The competition evaluates wines, vermouths and spirits presented by wineries and producers according to the rules and criteria established by the organization.

2. Participation requirements

Wineries, cooperatives, distributors or authorized representatives may participate.
The user guarantees that they have the necessary permits to register the samples.

3. Registration process

Registration is done through the official website.
Each sample must be sent with:

  • Completed form
  • Corresponding payment
  • Sending bottles within the indicated deadlines

4. Rates and payments

The rates are shown in the registration process.
Prices include taxes where applicable.
Payment is made using the methods enabled on the web.

5. Cancellation policy

Competition registrations are non-refundable services, even if the participant decides to withdraw the sample.
Refunds will only be made in the event of a technical error attributable to Bacchus.

5bis. Returns and Refunds

Registrations are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a technical issue during the payment process or in cases of duplicate charges.

5ter. Payment Security

Payments are processed through a secure Virtual POS system provided by the collaborating banking institution.
Under no circumstances are card details stored on our servers.
All communications are encrypted using SSL protocol.

6. Evaluation and awards

The samples are evaluated by a professional panel under blind tasting.
The organization guarantees the confidentiality of the process.
The awards will be granted according to the official rules of the competition.

7. Use of the Bacchus name and medals

The winners may use the official badges following the rules of use published by the organization.
Any unauthorized reproduction or modification is prohibited.

8. Publication of results

The results will be made public at concursobacchus.es.
The participant authorizes the publication of the sample name, basic data and distinctions obtained.

9. Obligations of the participants

  • Provide truthful information.
  • Send the samples in good condition and within the established deadlines.
  • Respect the rules of the competition.

10. Responsibility

The organization is not responsible for losses, breakages or incidents in the transport of the samples.

11. Acceptance

Registration implies full acceptance of these terms.

12. Compliance with Card Network Programs

This merchant agrees not to process any transaction that is illegal or that is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank to potentially harm their goodwill or negatively impact them. The following activities are prohibited under the card network programs: the sale or offer of any product or service that does not fully comply with all applicable laws governing the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or the cards themselves. In addition, the following activities are expressly prohibited:

Sale of alcoholic beverages to individuals under 18 years of age.
